The Story Behind Finvibes

The story of Finvibes began in December 2024, when we, experts in international projects, decided to combine our skills and realise our dreams of entrepreneurship. Our expertise is based on our extensive international cooperation experience. The company was officially founded in February 2025. Our passion is to develop and find solutions that support the achievement of set goals.

Our journey began with a commitment to promoting the quality and efficiency of vocational education. We want to utilise our wide expertise and help organisations develop their operations and succeed.

Tanja Halttunen

more than 20 years’ experience in international activities
has proven track record of successfully writing and coordinating international development projects for several organisations at European level
has coordinated several projects that have received recognition as Good Practices and Success Stories
coordinated a project, that won the first EITA award given by the European Commission in 2021
built VET school’s international cooperation from scratch
has developed pedagogical methods, inclusion and international collaboration
coordinated EfVET’s Thematic Team for Inclusion
is a member of the Finnish National Agency’s VET Team (2025)
is currently the OSCHVET ambassador in Finland
is a member of one of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health’s Focus groups
has worked closely with educational institutions, SMEs and public organisations
